Add documentation about how to create profiles
README.profile.rst:
Add information on all necessary components of a profile:
* profiledef.sh
* packages.arch
* airootfs/
* efiboot/
* isolinux/
* syslinux/
Fix wording for pacman.conf documentation
README.rst:
Add a link to README.profile.rst.
