configs/baseline/profiledef.sh: compress more
* Use LZMA extreme compression level,
* enable experimental compressed fragments feature to create a smaller image,
* enable experimental data deduplication.
This decreases the baseline profile's `airootfs.erofs` size by about ~16 MiB.
